Balancing on their own spectrum of Indie Rock and vibrant Folk Pop, Ebb & Nova has delivered a little something for everyone over their 8 years of east coast performances. Initially formed as a duo by songwriters Lauren Padgett and Matthew Purpora, Ebb & Nova now includes Steven Bainbridge and Pat Brynes. The band showcases enchanting vocals, distinct cello, rhythmic drums, and infectious guitar across two full albums and multiple singles. 

Since releasing their debut album in 2017, Ebb & Nova has opened for notable groups such as Good Charlotte, Gin Blossoms, Lewis Watson, Smash Mouth, and O-Town, while playing major festivals and stages like Baltimore Soundstage, Fells Point Fun Fest, Power Plant Live!, Artscape, Sandjam Fest, and more. 

In 2021, the band's second album 'Night Sounds' was released to a sold out crowd. Throughout its 11 tracks, the album showcased enchanting vocals, stunning cello, and infectious guitar melodies that kept people dancing and cheering all night. The notable single '100 Beats' received radio airplay and online traction in multiple countries, while many other songs have become a staple in the live rotation. 

Along with their original music, the band lends their creative approach to plenty of cover songs. With a repertoire of artists ranging from the 1950's to now, they never fail to bring intriguing and creative takes to recognizable hits.
