For DIM325, we hand things over to Inner Lakes. Repping the underground of Northern Italy, the producer and DJ is an expert in crafting spiraling grooves that bend from deep and gritty to euphoric nostalgia, with nothing off-limits in between.

Here he draws together elements of techno, UK house and trance into 1 hour of big-system bangers and hypnotic deep-digs, including special edits from his dubplate collection as well as unreleased forthcoming material.

Italian duo Orion are back, consistently offering their trademark warmth. This release on Dutch label Far Blue is another testament to their talent and deep love for what they do, and a perfect third release for this community-driven label. The EP will be available to purchase in vinyl and digital formats at the end of April.

The opening track on the EP, Her, evokes a whimsical, warm, and delicate aura of calm introspection, the track builds with hollow, immersive percussive elements, creating a neat and uplifting groove. Its slow pace and cosmic touch deliver a reassuring sense of well-being, that feeling where you stop for a second, and realise everything is going to be alright. Their laid-back personalities mirror the calm, collected nature of their music.

This track portrays just one corner of their repertoire, as the rest of the EP explores the range of these two talented Italian producers. You’re in for a treat.

Continuing the release series on our town of multicultural multimedia hub called Sakskøbing, which has been named after a lovely place in Denmark. This time a true veteran of electronic music DJ Honesty steps up under his moniker Honeydrop. Delivering four cuts of honest house music infused with elements of dub and break this release is guaranteed to cause the turntables feeling good and appreciated, they will be asking you for more. Hans has been producing music fanatically for long time with first official releases dating back to 1995 so it is a true honour to welcome him to the label 30 years later, now in 2025. The release is an intergalactic warm blanket with music on it that is completely ready for different moods and settings of the events/parties/listening sessions one might find itself in. Starting with “Penha de Franca” right until the last track named after the release’s title “Free at Last” a smooth ride can be felt which hopefully by the end of it will set the listener free, if it needs to do so. Technical Report on Sensitivity in Degraded Systems

In an environment where the boundary between the organic and the synthetic has eroded, Under Step operates as a sonic mapping of systems on the brink of collapse. Each pulse, each frequency, records a residual function: the recirculation of emotional waste, the persistence of propaganda in ruined spaces, mental trampling as a control mechanism, and finally, the cry for help from machines that have learned to feel.

Under Step does not narrate a dystopia: it documents a present condition. Beneath layers of raw electro, decayed funk, and lofi textures, failed attempts at affective reorganization unfold.

Synthetic voices emit a coded message:

The final warning before the definitive silence.
