EBOT is Denis - a Venezuelan-based micro-musician and sound-research project that began in 2004 inspired by exploring creativity through challenges of obsolete hardware and by his personal taste for lo-bit music, which was also the starting point for his fascination of producing music under anonymous aliases exploring different genres and enjoying a digital lifestyle.

In 2007 he established the official headquarters of the underground sound community and music label micromusic.net in Caracas, Venezuela; founding the microdisco sub-label and the microCCS collective, which for several years of activity brought to life an underground scene of low-tech producers with a high-tech way of living and opened a new cultural space through micro-events, micro-parties and micro-workshops in the city.
