An instrumental alternative psychedelic rock song. Created using the RC505 loopstation and Ableton. Still some errors, mainly undesired and unexplainable volume issues and glitches and panning issues. Guitar solo mainly improvised.

Just a short electronic funk style track. Improvised synth leads were played live during recording. Gear used: Yamaha Motif XS7 and Clavia Nord Lead 2.

For this track I used quite a bit of less used time signatures
- first main part -> 3/4 4/4 3/4 4/4 3/4 4/4 3/4 5/4
- second main part -> 6/8 8/8 4/8 8/8
- interlude (before the buildup -> 6/8 7/8 7/8 8/8
- the rest -> 4/4

Description of the song:

The intro let you return to a more dreamy state where old memories start popping up in your head
the part hereafter reflects the joyful and playful memories 
then, when the key changes the memories are relived from a more emotional perspective, great memories but 
also the beginning of the realisation that they are now gone   
During the buildup the present kicks in. It reflects this by sounding a bit chaotic and negative and cold 
then, the drop reflects the capability of blending the great menories with the present so that we
can contintue our lives with a smile :) 
It ends with a warm, but little sad feeling of the wonderful memories in the same dream-like state as the intro.

Partly acoustic (acoustic guitar, percussion) partly electronic (strings, effects, electric guitar) Quite a few mistakes as this was recorded in 1 take (except for the guitar solo) Also, if you listen carefully, you'll hear I forgot to turn off the metronome :D

I tried to make this a warm sounding and atmospheric little tune. Some blues / classic rock elements in there to fit the soundtrack of Supernatural.
