Australia-based Entasia and Manny’s own SHUFFA may have made this double-dipper from opposite sides of the world, but they find common ground in fast organ house and their shared rough and rowdy ways. “Got U Groovin’” is uplifting without rotting your teeth, as arena-sized synth and piano melodies helix around each other. The vocal hook teases the boast of a title, but just as you think the high point is through, the melody digs deep and draws a euphoric second wind. Meanwhile, the off-beat springing of “Pacemaker” can send hearts into overdrive, especially with its sashaying organ and the sounds of record scratches, bed squeaks and wind-sweeping lasso.
