When we lose certain people we have had relationships from our lives, they are engraved upon our hearts forever. Being in love with a special someone you then lose is doubly painful. It happened to me and changed my life forever. And to me as a musician they're like a lost song I will never get the chance to play again. Hence the title. My Lost song. If you've lost someone like this then this song is for you.
