You're A Mirror For Me

This song was recorded at home in 2000. I had a drum machine so I added some drums as well as a couple of guitar tracks and vocals. The finished sound is a bit too polished for this kind of song - I always felt it would sound better if the sound were rougher, perhaps a bit more Stereophonics.

I think maybe I'd spent too long listening to John Lennon when I decided to do a double vocal track for this one. I don't know why I thought that I could make bad vocals sound better by recording them twice!

Dynamite

As you can tell from the vocals I am more of a songwriter than a singer! I have always liked writing songs but have never been too interested in pursuing a career in performing. I'd be happy for someone else who likes my songs to record them.
