Inner Strength EP is a three-track journey into the heart of dub-influenced techno. Rooted in the aesthetics of classic Jamaican dub but shaped by the spacious, hypnotic textures of modern dub techno, the release opens with the original cut "Inner Strength Dub" — a meditative, bass-heavy instrumental performed live in the studio in true dub fashion.

Using a mixing console as an instrument, the track was built with hardware synthesizers, a drum machine, and guitar pedals, embracing real-time effects, improvisation, and deep analog textures.

Two remixes reinterpret the core theme through distinct sonic lenses, staying true to the genre’s foundations while expanding its emotional and rhythmic depth. Perfect for deep listening, late-night sessions, or immersive DJ sets, Inner Strength EP offers a stripped-back but richly textured sound.

Echology is a music producer and DJ, specialised in dub techno, ambient, deep techno, downtempo and akin genres. 

Because of his background as a bass player, Echology tends to favour productions with deep and emphasised basslines and puts major focus on rhythm. 

Working daily as a musician and sound engineer, Echology tends to experiment with sonics, tonality and rhythm in ways that overcome boundaries. 

He adapted an old school method of composing, using a mixture of hardware synthesizers and drum machines, guitar pedals, mixing console and DAW. Thus, his performances are never the same and each jam is unique and spontaneous.
