Die Ende 2022 in Köln gegründete Post-Rock Band Echoes Among Trees hat kürzlich ihre gleichnamige Debut-EP veröffentlicht. Mit sowohl filigranen Klangbildern als auch massiven Soundwänden nehmen sie euch mit in ihren eigenen Raum des vertrauten Post-Rock Genres. Drei Gitarren, Bass und Drums vereinen sich in melodischen Songstrukturen zu dynamischen Sound-Atmosphären. Mit ihrer 4-teiligen EP dokumentiert das fünf-köpfige Instrumental-Projekt das erste Jahr ihres gemeinsamen Schaffens, zeigt ihre verschiedenen Einflüsse und die experimentellen Variationen ihrer Kreativität.

Echoes Among Trees is a post-rock band formed in 2022 from Cologne, Germany. The five piece instrumental band focuses on complex melody structures and dynamic atmospheres. Their home grown unique sound is influenced by Explosions in the sky or We lost the sea as well as completely different genres and styles. For the band, playing with three guitars was more of a chance than a challenge, as demonstrated in various situations on the EP.

The self-titled EP 'Echoes Among Trees' is the product of their first year together. It was recorded by the band itself and reveals the initial chapter of their young band history. With a hunger to perform the EP and new songs on stage, be prepared for 2024.
