Goodmorning from Goa angels,

Wake up slowly to another banger of a set by our Geju. Ever since the Russian duo set foot inside our Gardens we have been completely addicted to their sound. The longer they play the more interesting it becomes and like always we gave them a three hour set during our Amsterdam Dance Event together.

Enjoy and tell us what you think. Even though we pick up on the deep and dark sound of the two, it also picks up the pace. Unlike Geju? Or did we enter a new period of time for these supertalent.

Be as it may, we are obsessed once again.

Die Arme hinter dem Kopf verschränkt, liegen wir mit geschlossenen Augen auf einer warmen, grünen Wiese. Wir lauschen den im Wind rauschenden Bäumen, die um uns herum stehen. Als wir unsere Augen öffnen, beobachten wir, wie sich die Blätter durch den Wind wellenförmig und wie in Trance hin und her bewegen. 

Plötzlich fängt es an; bunte Farbschweife fliegen durch die Luft. Unser Blick wird von Sekunde zu Sekunde verschwommener und jede Bewegung unseres Körpers zieht, wie in Zeitlupe, ein langes Echo hinter sich her. Die wogenden Blätter der Bäume versetzen uns mehr und mehr in einem Zustand, den wir nicht mehr beschreiben können.   Mal sind wir federleicht, mal schwer wie Blei. 

Alles was wir sehen, scheint surreal und doch fühlen wir uns vereint mit unserer Umgebung. Von nun an befinden wir uns in einer völlig anderen Welt. Dort angekommen treffen wir auf ihn, unseren heimlichen Begleiter leschueft <3

It's been a long time since we started this project and we met some fantastic people on our way. Nevertheless there are two boys who live half a continent away and are at the same time as close to us as they could possibly be. It's good to know that there are people around who share the same vision and Geju (@g-e-j-u) definetly work magic when it comes furthering the genre. Their history of countless performances around the globe in combination with them hosting captivating events in their hometown, they truly are two stellar figures in this movement. We couldn't be more happy to present to you their most recent piece of art..

Geju im Tal - #049

Dope mit Zitronen

Some members from @Love-Foundation and @HugRecords are living together in the Sierra Estrella Mountain Range in Portugal, where we are rebuilding an old abandoned village, called Foz da Cova.

We have a little music studio here and sometimes we have befriended musicians coming by for a visit.

Sometimes these friends play music for us and sometimes we press the record button when they do so. 

This is the first of those times.

Our first Pod da Cova comes from @dorianfecht who spend November and December with us in the mountains. Dorian normally lives in Dresden, where he is part of Love Foundation and @Zirkulation. He will take you on a journey to this long forgotten place and we hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Lyrics:
Hills. Trees. Farms. Cottages. Landscapes from dreams. Breathtaking dreams. Idyllic life in harmony with nature in whose bosom it flourished. It would take your breath away. East of Arganil in Portugal, Foz da Cova is its name. And that is where the fires came in 2017. The fires roared. People fled. There wasn't time to save much. In a span of days and weeks, there remained only memories of how life once was there. An almost arid landscape bears witness to the destruction. From this desolation and this devastation and this tragedy an energy breathed itself into a group of people who dared to imagine bringing the magic and the poetry of these lands back, to imagine life finding its way back here with a little help. A heterotopia. This is where I came, this is where I am, this is what I saw, this is what I felt. Sublimating boundaries. Erasing borders. Entwining narratives. Myth becoming real, reality becoming myth. There is beauty here. There is adventure here. And, there is hope. Immerse yourself in these landscapes, live for a moment with these people, dream a little for yourself and for them and for the world. A story whose beginning we know. A story being told. A story being lived. A story which is still coming into being. Foz da Cova is its name.

Na bumm! Endlich mal wieder ne richtige, spulige Spezialität. Von ganz tief unten und schön langsam im Dampfgarer zubereitet, kredenzen uns die beiden heute besonders leckere Pelmenis und sorgen somit für ein Sättigungsgefühl der etwas anderen Art. 

Gefüllt mit den verschiedensten Zutaten, wird unser auditiver Cortex mit akustischen Reizen gefüttert, welche die Großhirnrinde in wellenförmiges Vibrieren versetzen. 

Einige Etagen tiefer macht sich das natürlich auch gleich mal bemerkbar und wir erwischen uns dabei, wie der ganze Körper vor sich hin wobbelt.
