This was written by Tony Da in the early 90s but with an 80s backing track (which can be heard right at the beginning). We brought it somewhat up to date with this version.

The Principle of Leaving (Parts 1, 2 and3)

Following the death earlier this year of Magnum guitarist Tony Clarkin, we set about writing and recording a track as a 'tribute' to Tony and the band, to try to express our respect. They were local heroes who maybe never quite made it to the dizzy heights of worldwide mega-stardom we felt they deserved, but nevertheless inspired and entertained us in our youth and later. Their music, along with that of their contemporaries, allows us to feel 'Young Again'.
