41번째 꿈 에피소드는 일렉트로닉 아티스트 Unjin & Romi의 1시간 라이브 세트와 함께합니다. 한국 최초의 테크노 레이블 ECI Korea의 설립자이며 90년대부터 일렉트로닉/앰비언트/테크노 아티스트로 활동해온 Unjin, 그리고 딥테크노와 앰비언트 사운드의 스페셜 리스트로, 홍콩의 레이블 Kizen 레코드의 수장으로 활동중인 Romi는 2022년 유럽 투어중 베를린에서 만나 특별한 앰비언트 라이브 세트를 녹음하였습니다. 두 아티스트의 시그니쳐 사운드와 필드레코딩이 어우러진 Unjin & Romi의 환상적인 꿈 이야기와 함께 2023년 새해를 시작합니다.
이번 에피소드는 40개 한정판 카세트 테이프와 디지털 다운로드/스트리밍 형태로 정식 발매되며, 유석근 감독의 뮤직 비디오도 유튜브를 통해 공개됩니다.

The 41st 꿈 kkum episode is one hour live set by electronic artists Unjin & Romi. Unjin is the founder of Korea's first techno label ECI Korea and has been active as an electronic/ambient/techno artist since the 90s in Seoul, and Romi is the specialist of deep techno and ambient and the head of label Kizen Records in Hong Kong. They recorded this special ambient live set together in Berlin 2022 while touring Europe. We start the new year 2023 with the fantastic dream episode of Unjin & Romi, a combination of the two artists' signature sounds and field recordings.
This episode is officially released in the form of 40 limited edition cassette tapes and digital download/streaming, and a music video by director Yoo Suk-geun is released on YouTube.

Originally from Seoul, Korea, Unjin's (@unjin) reputation for pushing musical boundaries began back in the mid 90’s as one of Korea's first underground indie musicians in Seoul's relatively young underground music scene, grew through his imaginative live ambient solo project Rainjacket, and continues to develop in exciting new directions as an independent producer and DJ on the international stage. Unjin's international debut as a DJ came with Miami WMC 2010 as Korea’s best electronic musician. Since then Unjin is fast becoming known in Asian techno circles as one of top producers and DJs to watch. Unjin is the founder of Korea’s first techno label 'ECI Korea' (@eci), a platform to expose emerging domestic and international talents to the world stage, and also as composer and producer, Unjin has played a key role in laying the foundation for a Korean techno culture.

Iván Cebrián, Cuenca.
Musician and member of the art and music collective Menhir together with the artist Coco Moya, his work focuses on music as a form of knowledge, through music, sound installations and video art. He has presented his compositions in centers such as Reina Sofía Museum, Spanish Academy in Rome, Matadero Madrid, National Archaeological Museum, Conde Duque Art Center, LABoral Art Center, Azkuna Centroa, or the Cibeles Center. He has worked at the EMS studios in Stockholm and curated the Sound Encounters of experimental music at the Complutense University of Madrid.

Composer for contemporary dance companies and audiovisual productions, during his musical career he has released more than 10 albums on different international labels and has collaborated on many of them.

BIOGRAPHY :
ANDREA DE VENUTO alias ANDREW PROJECT was born in Bari on 20/05/1981, in the city which passed the first 18 years of his life, before he met his greatest love: "MUSIC". His collaborations in the field of public relations for the most exclusive clubs in Puglia, Italian and international (CAMELOT, DIVINAE FOLLIE, CLOROPHILLA, INSOMNIA, COCORICO', ECHOES, SPACE IBIZA, CIRCOLOCO DC10 IBIZA strongly induce him to approach the music scene under other art form. Dj since 2004, supported by a large artistic component, offers his sound from the more experimental facets. Electronic music lover, his performances are inspired mainly to the likes of Marco Carola, Raresh, Richie Hawtin, Loco Dice, Carl Lekebusch and many more. Technological sounds and sought after by large deep grooves, alternate melodies and going rhythmic, driving the music sequence.
On 16-04-2011 follows an important personal goal, working with a large stable of Bologna musical scene: the "PLAY HOUSE" performing at the "Link" in the garden without 'the same evening which housed a performing artist of excellence labeled "Cocoon Rec" : Raresh.
From august 2014 we started with new project called INSANE CODE RECORDINGS is a pure italian label, conceived from the two artists and founders: ANDREA DE VENUTO alias ANDREW PROJECT e MASSIMO MACERI alias MAX SENSATION. 
This label aims at a large audience, with the purpose of being active in the "techno" scene, thanks to successful releases, all identified by the same genetic code that ,basically, prefers the "madness" of composition. 
For this reason it will be our greatest satisfaction to promote new emerging talents, able to fulfill and marry our own artistic nature, giving them the opportunity to be present in the international music scene with highly competitive projects, in a very demanding and constantly changing market. The passion for electronic music and the artistic Madness were the predominant elements that have made possible our ambitious project .

Building on the sonic foundation of The Multiverse album, Mix Architekt's Mutations is an EP of transformation through distortion, where textures are magnified to a blinding intensity. The tracks ease the tempo back for a deeper feel, contrasting the pulsing rhythm with aggressive sounds.

Opening with the disarmingly melodic Sky Bridge, the listener is invited to take a walk through humid fields in darkness, rumbling with bass. Cross the bridge leading to a portal of dub, where synth lines light the way and echos ring long and deep.The growling bass grows with intensity as you come closer to your destination.

Blood in the Moonlight opens with brooding, seismic bass and a drum line that embodies the essence of the Mutations EP. Building in intensity, the syncopated percussion transforms from rhythm to a roar, accented by a striking synth line that pushes the listener deeper into it's mutating world.

Closing the journey is the aggressive Oblivion's March - a confrontational stomp through grinding drums, distorted sub bass, and ripping hats. It channels the fury of battle, driven by relentless percussion and an angry bass monster that grows with rage, destroying everything in it's path.

The sonic landscape of this release is not easy, yet with contrast being one of the key components in the artist's palette, Mix Architekt's Mutations offers a refreshing collection of tunes to transform key moments in any DJ set into a manic trip to another world.
