Uwe Lacto bei Elektro Uwe. Passt. Dacht ich mir auch wie ich den Namen gehört habe. Und dann auf einer äußerst spaßigen Party in Köln ist mir „Uwe“ dann auch über den Weg gelaufen. Das sich dann rausstellte das er gar nicht „Uwe“ heißt hat mich nicht verwundert … gibt es doch viele Uwe’s in der Elektro Szene die Uwe sind aber doch keine sind. Eigentlich heißt Uwe ja Rouven … was ja sehr ähnlich klingt und dadurch auch sein Künstlername entstanden ist … „hallo ich bin der Rouven“ … alles klar „Uwe“.

Wiedergetroffen haben wir uns auf dem schnicken Katzensprung Festival 2018 … wo er und seine Kumpanen von der Lafari-Crew einen wunderschöne und flauschigen Wohnzimmer-Floor gezaubert hatten. Hier bin ich dann auch seiner Musik und seiner DJ-Performance verfallen. Rouven hat sich da einen sehr eigenen Stil zusammengebaut … housy-hit-downtempo-blues-love-sound … und das ganze präsentiert er mit einer Freude im Gesicht das es einfach mitreisen muss.

Der Podcasttermin von mir kam relativ kurzfristig und spontan. Rouven tat sich dann etwas schwer weil er gerne neues Zeugs spielen wollte … was der Musikmarkt aber wohl gerade nicht hergibt. Nun wurde es doch eine Lieblingstracks und Hit Mix … wovon ich persönlich super begeistert bin … weil er das auch ist … ein Meister für Hits und das kann nicht jeder … Danke Mr. Uwe Lacto für deine tolle laktosefreien Musikgeschmack … weiter so … from Uwe to Uwe …

EckoTronic, born '71, was a DJ already in the late 80‘s playing soul, funk and hiphop, but already ACID that came from the UK and the beginning of the HOUSE-music, he was found behind the turntables in different locations in Würzburg and around. Because of his family he stopped playing as a DJ in the early 90’s.

His deep love to the elecronic music he rediscovered 2009. Since 2012, he is producing by himself – and on 07th of June,.2014 he had his premier with his 1st liveset at Morph Club in Bamberg. EckoTronic only plays live. His sound is „different and special“, as his fans and some experts of the scene  confirmed and – till now – he shaked every danceflor he was playing…  Because of this, he was booket 2015 for the Nature One Festival by the Airport Würzburg Bunker, just one Year and one Month after his first liveset.
