For this second V/A, we wanted to get in touch with our motherland and were curious about how our culture could inspire other artists. The Bolivian Carnival was the perfect fit for this “experiment” 🤡🔪

The subject given was “Carnival Club Weapons.” We wanted the artists to imagine tracks they would dance to in a dark club, surrounded by the mythical creatures of the Bolivian tradition👺👹

We are excited to present 17 forms of expression, oscillating from Breaks to Dembow to Fast Techno to Dnb and Electro 🫦🫦

'' I've always wanted to hear a blend of sounds that often make people calm and peaceful with sounds that give people excitement, thus I had an insane desire to include ethno/eastern samples into an electro track, and the track I produced had a weird outcome. As the "om" vocals continue in the midst of the chaotic noise, it nearly sounds euphoric. t's the trip.''

The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new track from Santiago Nech. "Sigilo" is the Argentinian artist's contribution to Eclephsia Vol 2 - Recuerdos Del Socavon, the new v/a from French label Eclephsia. The young Argentinian has a lust for pulse pounding slappers fueled by trance, techno and far beyond. In his hometown of Cordoba he is running Underworld Electronics with West Code, Cufaxx, and Leon Marcolini.
