Not That Nice

The homie @Djinn Mojo came thru the studio last week and vibed with me on some beats and other new music. He had been hitting me up for awhile to come spit some verses he had , but i've been pretty consumed with my own projects i kept putting it off, but one morning he had hmu perfect timing honestly, i had been mixing a new track all night and was pretty burned out on those sounds, said fuck it come through now lol. 

He wrote his verse first, and the track was originally going to be called "Demon Blood" cuz i liked that bar of his, but as the day went on and we were working on the track , that vocal sample just started sounding more and more like "Zimbabweee" and both agreed that should be the name. Not often will i have another song with a title like that. 

I got some rest after he left and started working on my verse and after i was finished, i just felt like it needed some more...Zimbabwe on the track if we were going to name it that. I found myself watching weird youtube videos of villages in Zimbabwe, to suburban white girl Vlog's of their extravagant trip to the country, and everything in between. 
I finally found a cool drum circle party and whoever was filming it was pretty close up on this man and woman that were into each other obviously, so i sampled that and added some trippy effects to it for the ending of the song. And thats how the fuck this song came about.
