“Can’t Remember” is een intieme, melancholische track geschreven en gezongen door Ella van Nistelrooy en geproduceerd door Sammi Thaens. Het nummer voelt kwetsbaar maar krachtig: Ella’s zachte, breekbare zanglijnen worden gedragen door Sammi’s warme, minimalistische productie, waarin subtiele synths, zachte percussie en organische texturen samenkomen.
De tekst draait om het zoeken naar helderheid in een hoofd vol mist — het gevoel dat herinneringen vervagen terwijl emoties juist blijven hangen. De song ademt een dromerige sfeer, alsof je door een nachtelijke stad wandelt en voor het eerst durft stil te staan bij wat je kwijtgeraakt bent.
