Das yogabeats Projekt wurde 2010 aufgrund der vermehrten Nachfrage von Lehrern verschiedener Yoga Schulen und freien Trainern ins Leben gerufen.
Die Produzenten setzten sich zum Ziel, Musik zu kreieren, die speziell auf die Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen des power- bzw. intensiv- Yoga abgestimmt ist, aber auch jedes andere Yoga Genre bedient.
Eine harmonische Symbiose aus sanften electronic beats, handgespielten percussion Grooves und traditionellen Instrumenten.
Live eingespielt und auf höchstem Niveau produziert.
Durch die komplette Produktionszeit wurden alle Titel von Yogalehrern im Praxistest auf Funktionalität und Kursteilnehmer – Feedback hin überprüft. Die BPM (Beats per minute) Rate ist perfekt auf eine abgestimmte Atemfrequenz angepasst. Dies ist speziell im Vinjasa Yoga, Yoga Flow, Dynamic Yoga (atemsynchrone Bewegungsabläufe) für den Praktizierenden von großem Vorteil.
Im Entspannungsteil wurde innovativ mit Binaural Beats gearbeitet. Hierbei handelt es sich um den gezielten Einsatz von Frequenzschwebungen welche den Wandel der Hirnwellenströme sanft von Aktiv auf Aktiv /Passiv begleiten.
Die einzelnen Titel sind logisch aufeinander aufgebaut und praktisch für jede Art von Yogastil geeignet. Speziell aber für die Körperlich etwas mehr fordernden Yogastiele konzipiert.
Power- und Intensiv- Yoga sind moderne Yogastile die auch verstärkt in Fitnesstudios und Wellness Zentren Einzug halten.

“Suksma” means “Thank You” in Balinese.
Gratitude is a powerful energy that we can channel into our hearts and that will raise our vibration instantly. Being grateful for something is a state of acknowledging what we already have in this present moment and therefore we vibrate a state of “having” in contrast to the state of “lack”. So not only does it feel good to be grateful, this state will also attract into our lives more things and events to be grateful for by the means of resonance.

Frank Fable has created a Sound Journey that can support and amplify our state of gratitude.

“For me the feeling of gratitude reflects a state where everything I need is already here and I can relax
because there is nothing that needs to be done in order to get something else. I can rest and let go of the worries. For this Sound Journey I  chose sounds and frequencies that reflect this state of floating and being weightless.

I also included the following healing frequencies and tuned the instruments to the tuning of the heart chakra.

Om Namah Shivaya is an offering to the world from friends and collaborators Atma, Mose and J.Pool. The main melody and lyrics were channeled through Atma supported by experiences with the spiritual leader Mooji. In his presence, she reconnected with the deep truth that beyond the individuality and thoughts that we identify with, we are pure consciousness. The intention is that by chanting this mantra, we open to more love and presence while feeling more connected to the divine and thus more deeply connected to the nature, to ourselves, and to the unity of all things.

Atma, Mose and J.Pool came together in Nicaragua as part of a music production retreat organized by the iconic Momentom Collective. Producers Mose and J.Pool were touched by the depth and beauty present in the raw emotion and love present in the music of Atma and were called to support the development of this song into its present form. It is a beautiful testament to honoring our strengths in support of our community to manifest something together that would not be possible alone. With music, and specifically mantra or any type of collective chanting, we have the opportunity to sing each other home. May this music bring you deeper connectivity and a sense of peace and unity.

Internationally-acclaimed for his Western interpretations of northern India's classical music, Stevin McNamara offers you this entrancing journey called Prana Groove. His signature acoustic stylings flow freely on a current of meditative percussion. A great addition to your yoga or bodywork playlist!

Prana = the Sanskrit word for basic primal vital energy which sustains and energizes the body. It moves through the breath.
Groove = rhythmic patterns which motivate the body to move.

The melodic element of Prana Groove is based on Rag Malkauns – a profound raga which is to be played late at night (usually midnight) – based on a pentatonic (5 note) scale. The large intervals between the notes create an intense emotional effect on the listener.

The tempo is 108 beats per minute, chosen for it's sacred Sanskrit value and effect. There are 108 different yet interwoven musical phrases presented throughout the piece.

"I created this music as an adventure into the realm of energy and movement," Stevin McNamara explains. "I used the ancient musical form of raga coupled with pulse and drum patterns found in trance and other traditions, such as Sufi Dervish ecstatic dance. I offer it as a celebration of life, of our connection to the earth and all living beings."
