Luego del lanzamiento de “Amansará”, tercer LP de Chancha Via Circuito, alterego del productor argentino Pedro Canale, sale a la luz “Amansará Remixed”, álbum compilado de reversiones, editado en Argentina a través de Estamos Felices, en USA y Oceanía a través de Wonderwheel Recordings, y en Europa y Asia por Crammed Disc. Si en Amansará (2014) terminaba de consolidarse como uno de los referentes del nuevo sonido latinoamericano a nivel global, en este nuevo trabajo Pedro se da el gusto de convocar a distintos productores de Latinoamérica y el mundo para que reinterpreten su universo a su propio parecer.

Entre las colaboraciones más destacadas aparecen artistas que van desde los Frikstailers a Tremor, pasando por Thornato, King Coya y El Búho, además de él mismo, que, bajo su anterior alias "Universildo", se anima a reinterpretar su track "Coplita", single elegido por Estamos Felices para promocionar este nuevo trabajo.

En “Amansará”, la música de Chancha Via Circuito funcionaba como una reformulación de la world music latinoamericana, dando lugar a fusiones inauditas donde se procesaban ritmos originarios del Brasil, arpas paraguayas, mística andina, la soledad pampeana del folklore argentino y la proyección espacial de la música electrónica futurista post dubstep. En “Amansará Remixed”, los sonidos de Chancha se animan a viajar hacia nuevas latitudes, siendo catalizados por distintas manos maestras, quienes, cada uno a su modo, potencian este universo sonoro llevándolo hacia territorios desconocidos.

El disco cuenta además con la participación especial de Acampante, artista multifacético argentino, quien se anima a reversionar la ilustración original, cuadro "Madadayo" de la artista plástica Paula Duró.

"It is with the deepest respect that we have recorded this song, which is perhaps the most sacred chant from the Huni Kuin people, an indigenous tribe of the Brazilian Amazon. It is traditionally used for the purpose of healing. Also as an anthem of the world movement of native ceremonial culture, Noku Mana has already taken many forms. This version is a blend of the traditional Huni Kuin song with melody of the classical Huayno hit "Ojos Azules" by Manuel Cazasola Huancco. We claim no rights or authority on neither of these songs or even the idea of putting them together. This recording is only a pure and heartfelt ode to the force of Yube Yuxibu and tribute to the Huni Kuin people.

Indigo (@indigossound) is a producer and DJ originally from Guadalajara, Mexico, currently based in Tulum, his great passion for the music of the 70's (oldie but goodie) and the great respect and admiration for his Latin roots and the electronic scene have driven and motivated him to produce and capture the essence of diverse Latin American cultures with that touch, passion and feeling that music had in the revolution of this in the 70s.

This edit is impregnated with the above mentioned, using as an engine the original track of Dj Shadow "Six Days" released in 2002. The main vocals of the song are sampled from the 1971 song "Six Day War" by British band Colonel Bagshot, with some riffs taken from the 1970 song "I Cry in the Morning" by American singer Dennis Olivieri and taking to another level with Latin rhythms and percussions, as well as a very deep and very groove bassline.

 My aim is celebrating each unique and magical moment of life on the dance floor. Embracing each dance as portal for healing and transformation, I weave a rich tapestry between music and the dancer. Cultivating a ceremonial culture, I draw on ethnic rhythms, mantras & medicine songs along with deep bass, as shamanic tools for musical manifestation.
