Thanks so much, Linda! I was aiming for a dramatic finish for this set of marches, and I'm very glad you're hearing it!

The phrase "he walks around with a conscious through greed" is an interesting juxtaposition of terms. It suggests someone who is aware of their greedy actions but continues to pursue them, implying a deliberate choice rather than an unconscious compulsion. This could highlight a conflict between a person's moral compass and their desire for more.

Esta canción está basada en un riff de bajo que hizo mi hijo Adrián. En principio su destino era la banda que teníamos "Eléctrica Azul" y se ensayó pero no llego a generarse completamente. La retomé y compuse toda la instrumental. En cuanto a las voces, éstas son samples de uso gratuito que he generado para que se acoplaran bien al tempo y melodía de la canción. 
Para las guitarras he usado mi Duesenberg Palomo Red Sparkle.
Resto de instumentos con plugins. 
Daw: Cubase 14 Pro.
Masterizado con Izotope Ozone 11 Standard.

In English:
This song is based on a bass riff my son Adrián wrote. It was originally intended for our band, "Eléctrica Azul," and it was rehearsed but never fully produced. I reworked it and composed the entire instrumental. As for the vocals, these are free samples I generated to fit the song's tempo and melody.
For the guitars, I used my Duesenberg Paloma Red Sparkle.
The rest of the instruments are plugins.
Daw: Cubase 14 Pro.
Mastered with Izotope Ozone 11 Standard.

A Midnight Prayer (feat. Fr. Harris)

Without a doubt, my most meaningful performance was playing the piano for my mother at the end of her life. Over nine months, she fought an aggressive cancer that stole her speech, leaving us with a great struggle to communicate. At that point in time, music became our language. As I played her favorite songs during my visits, we would share memories woven into the melodies without saying a word. The music brought her peace and it was a balm for our hearts.

This story, however, isn't about sadness; it's about the profound power of music. While music may not solve every problem, it can offer comfort, lift spirits, relieve stress, and help us shift our focus on difficult days. The joy of music is felt by both the listener and the musician sharing their gift. It is the unique power of music that inspired this composition. While lyrics are not yet finished, the opening line defines the central theme: "Grey skies loom, and storms are on the way.  But for now, I think, I'm gonna sing myself a better day."*
