This song was created entirely from drum loops I found on the Internet, plus some coached and non-coached audio samples from my family (two boys, one wife). Have you ever heard a climax and subsequent transition in a song based around a toddler crying?  Well, now you have.

My first experience with the DKs is I bought their EP "In God We Trust, Inc." and not realizing it wasn't a LP (it looked about the same size) I played it at 33 1/3 RPM instead of 45 RPM (reducing the speed to 75% of normal, and consequently reducing the pitch by 5 semitones) and thought that was how their music was supposed to sound. Here's an example. Sounds good to me!

I wrote this many years ago for my brother-in-law Ali, who was learning to play sax. I produced it as a MIDI file, then used Propellerhead Reason to render it as an audio file. The percussion track isn't the best, but you get the general idea ;-)
