This song took the longest to make. It went through 6/7 versions before I landed on this.

I like to think this song is a descent into madness from this point

The horn here is the siren that bleats when Ryan attempts to destroy Rapture

This section uses a lot of dialogue from the ghost sightings to add to the creepiness and the unsettling feeling

Ryan using the "Would you kindly" demands during the confrontation

The warped woosh noise is the blurriness during the cut scene when you inject your first plasmid and Jack drifts in and out consciousness

I added a sound effect for the neck break (it's actually a branch snapping) to emphasise what's happening

"Only Man" is a BioShock remix album, taking sound, voices and music from the game and splicing them together to create individual tracks, each with their own distinct theme that only scratching the surface of this immensely deep and immersive world. 

I wanted this track to evoke a feeling of strangeness & uncertainty. A feeling like you've lost control and have descended into madness. This is based on the use of mind control in the game and the theme of free will.
