From the time I was ten years old , I always wanted to build my own home on the hill where I was born. For many years that dream escaped me. Life has a way of robbing us of our childhood dreams. But God never let that dream fade away and in 2016, my wife and I finally built our own home on that hill. This song is to remind all of us that Dreams Really Can Come True. “Where Would I Be” is a personal testimony song that reflects on the contrast between life without God’s Grace and the freedom found in His love. The first lyrics that came to me were  “A thousand miles from where I am, dwelling in some foreign land, crushed beneath the weight of me”, the song paints a vivid picture of distance, brokenness, and the redemption that only Christ can bring.
