Two Hearts is a conceptual replacement for Roses, in which the Senpai is more obsessive and determined to win over the "fair maiden's" heart than usual. The name is a play on words, meaning in the Senpai's point of view, two hearts are beating simultaneously as the battle plays out: his, and the Girlfriend's.
