UNCAGE’s label owner Marco Faraone drops his second album on Rekids, focusing on an unrestricted, unfiltered soundscape inspired by childhood, entitled ‘No Filter’.

Since his initial appearance on Radio Slave’s esteemed imprint in 2018, Italian artist and label boss Marco Faraone has continued to enthuse techno communities across the globe, playing at the likes of Awakenings, Caprices, Tomorrowland and Kappa FuturFestival. With previous releases on Ovum, Drumcode and Be As One, the Tuscany-born artist has garnered the support of Len Faki, Rodhad, Laurent Garnier and many more.

‘Force Deep’ and ‘Iconic’ give the senses a relaxed flush of ecstasy and lofi-esque rhythm, while tracks like ‘Night Ride’, ‘Addiction’ and ‘No Filter’ lean more on a stripped back, beat focused dub techno tip. ‘Frogface’, and ‘Time Equals Eternity’ then flurry with signature drum programming, and otherworldly synth stabs. Eddie Hale's sound is soulful, futuristic, and balances groove with depth—a versatility that has led him to collaborate with some of the finest underground artists and labels. Since 2013, his work has appeared on renowned imprints like ODD/EVEN, KMS, Intacto, Parabel, Flash, and Dynamic Reflection.

Eddie’s relentless passion for electronic music has taken him from Australian festivals such as Sydney Mardi Gras, Rainbow Serpent, and Strawberry Fields to iconic international stages like Berlin’s Tresor and Amsterdam Dance Event.

In 2021, his Dormancy EP on ODD/EVEN became a modern classic, earning strong support from key tastemaker DJs. That same year, he launched Denude Records, a platform supporting both his vision and the global rise of Australian electronic music.

His 2022 debut album, Far Beyond, showcased a blend of Detroit techno, dub, ambient, and breakbeat influences. In 2023, he returned to ODD/EVEN with the Bad Sector EP, featuring a remix by techno legend Ken Ishii.

In 2024, Eddie presented Vanishing Point, his second album on Denude. Inspired by a silent meditation retreat, it features nine tracks that explore a broader sonic landscape while staying rooted in the floor-ready techno he’s known for. From the raw, timeless energy of Affinity to the expansive electronica of Black Rock and Observer, Eddie demonstrates his evolution as a forward-thinking artist, seamlessly blending classic influences with futuristic sounds.

Eddie Hale continues to push boundaries, crafting a unique soundscape that challenges the norm while offering a fresh perspective on techno’s future.
