A project unveiled for the first time last summer, Solid Grooves' 'Raw Grooves' series welcomed the first-ever Various Artists project on sister label Solid Grooves Raw, and in the process introduced a slick selection of grooveheavy, stripped back yet powerful cuts from some of the label's core family members and closest friends.

Now back for its second installment, early-May sees label favourites Eddy M, Blackchild (ITA), and Ramin Rezaie joined by a wealth of leading names and rising talents as they welcome UK hotshot Latmun for his label debut, South Coast duo Prok | Fitch, who step out on sister label Raw for the first time following their huge single 'Indiance', recent Solid Grooves debutant Wheats, returning Manchester-based talent Kreature, and fast-rising London pairing, Antss and Ash-R.

The former audio engineer and gear junkie found his footing in music early as a vocalist and guitar player.   He's just as much of a technician on stage as he is behind the boards, and that trademark command of the groove has led him to bless the stages of CRSSD, AMF, Coachella, and of course, taking him full circle to EDC Vegas, with his father standing beside him.

Ramin Rezaie - Verve

Solid Grooves and Avote artist Dimmish now debuts on Deeperfect with a driving house single entitled ‘No Drama’. Known for his releases on labels like Solid Grooves, Moan, e1even and Avotre, gaining support from the likes of Enzo Siragusa, Michael Bibi, Joris Voorn, Martinez Brothers, 2019 continues to signify Dimmish’s place at the forefront of groove-driven house music. The refined producer showcases his ability to lock in a floor rumbling cut with ‘No Drama’ which pumps with a solid 909 style kick, tight cymbal patterns, subtle chord stabs, a driving bass line and infectious vocal hooks.

Eddy’s musical journey began in the town of Palermo in Sicily, Italy, where his love of rhythm and beats saw him play drums in bands since the tender age of twelve. He later graduated to Palermo’s European School of Jazz where he took his talent to the next level by studying piano, guitar and percussion. 

Eddy began producing in 2010, taking inspiration from his classical training and influence from his love for the old school, particularly 90’s hip hop in the form of Cypress Hill, Tribe Called Quest and Ice Cube, to create his own unique form of tech house and techno.
