Mixed by Grammy Award-winner Brian Paturalski, 'Stranger' is Eden James' latest single offering from his forthcoming album. 

'Stranger' is a raunchy guitar-ride and retro mix of cool indie rock, rootsified touches and stompy glam hints. Eden’s vocal flirts cheekily with the listener, proposing a frolicsome adventure with an anonymous new friend, intending to cure an unwanted case of nostalgia.

Recorded at Sticky Audio Labs in Union Square, Manhattan, ‘Stranger’ will also appear on Eden’s forthcoming fourth studio album, set to release July 9th. The studio sessions saw several prominent figures stop by to play on the recordings, including Paul Simon's guitarist Larry Saltzman and Bruce Springsteen’s keyboard/accordion player Charles Giordano.

Eden James is a New York-based songwriter/recording artist, winning multiple music awards and achieving a number one hit in Greece. British magazine Classic Rock recently nominated two of his songs for ‘Track of the Week’ printing the following reviews: “Sunkissed, Iggy-esque, upbeat soul." And in another edition: “Gorgeously sunny indie-come-Americana. ... a hidden gem.”

Dangerous Game

The first album release from Eden James. Released on Collision Records in Australia and New Zealand in 2003 then released on Dragon Music/Universal in 2004 in Greece and Cyprus.
This album contains the hit song 'Never Setting Sun' which reached Number One on the Greek charts. It also appeared as the theme song for the Otenet commercial.
The second song from the album to be used in a sync was 'Now Or Never', which was used in the european Cutty Sark Whiskey commercial in 2005.
