Edgy V & GG Carma, are an Independent Twin Sister Hip Hop act, consisting of a Vocalist (GG Carma) and a Rapper (Edgy V) based in Ireland. Influenced strongly by old School Hip Hop and RnB they are creating music that gives you a sense of the past but with a modern taste of the present, with their conscious lyrics and catchy hooks, they are surely ones to watch. With their multiple successful Hip Hop showcases, and previous stage performances fans are very eager to hear their new E.P. ‘The Clone Complex Part-I' which is out now. They also have been awarded their first Music Award for ‘Best Live Music Video’ from The Audioshoot Unsigned International Music Video & Film Festival & with their new EP. Release it probably won't be the last award they are to receive, with many other exciting collaborations & projects to be announced in the near future.
 
 
Post Covid: Edgy V & GG Carma received the Agility award, given by the Arts Council during the lockdowns, and are using the funds to complete their E.P before their expected release. They have been appearing in many events of different nature. People were eager to hear their new music and to witness their new and improved stage presence and performance. They have excelled in many of their skills, and are becoming ones to watch in their genre of Hip Hop in Ireland. With the development of their online store of street wear and merchandise, the brand recognition is increasing across many platforms.
 
Pre-Covid: They have been booked for many professional events, like ‘Beats n Babes’, ‘Hip-Hop showcase in the Underground’, ‘MOBO- Hosted by FlutterTone and Unsigned & Independent’, ‘Blacku$h Hip-Hop Party’, ‘Sinful & RCI: Performances & Battles’. They have been a part of Festivals like ‘Eriu- Irish Decompression’, ‘Hotbox Electronic Music & Art Gathering’ & ‘Allingham Arts Festival’ and much more!
