EDGYSNARE (Tea Tanović) is a psytrance DJ and producer based in Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina, who has different genre-defying sound and bold approach to electronic music. With a fusion of psychedelic trance and a diverse range of influences including drum and bass, darkpsy, forest, full-on, psydub, hitech, tech-trance, hardtekno, and even rap and reggae, EDGYSNARE crafts an organic yet distorted, wobbly, and edgy sound that stands out in today’s music scene. Her ability to merge these genres into a cohesive and energetic set gives her performances a unique edge, capturing the attention of audiences who crave something unconventional and fresh.

In the past few years, EDGYSNARE has earned accolades by performing at key events and venues across the Balkans and beyond. One of her standout achievements includes performing alongside the legendary UK drum and bass collective Cause4Concern (OPTIV, CZA, Phage), in her hometown of Tuzla. She has also brought her distinctive style to cities like Ljubljana, Zagreb, Sarajevo, and Banja Luka, where she played on the stage at the renowned Freshwave Festival.

My journey into psytrance production was sparked by artists like Fa11out aka Phage, Indira Paganotto, Sara Landry, Ajja, Gaspard, Kabayun, Grouch, Minimal Criminal, Talpa, Psykovsky, Kaminanda, and Merkaba aka Kalya Scintilla. I DJ across nearly every psy genre, including darkpsy, forest, full-on psytrance, techtrance, progressive, psygressive, and hi-tech, as well as styles like breakbeat, psydub, trip hop, drumstep, drum and bass, neurofunk, and reggae.

I’m passionate about high-energy psytrance, hard-hitting neurofunk DnB, and the driving rhythms of hardtechno. For me, life is music—so dance like every day is your last on earth!"
