If one were to name the most popular talents from out of the Romanian breeding ground, EDIP would definitely be on the list. Class '96, Bucharest-born & raised Edi Preduca, better known as EDIP, has made a name for himself over the last few years, crafting quality tracks and gaining a spot on Mahony's Take Notes label, which ultimately resulted in his appearance at Sunwaves in 2023.

His sound embodies the modern tech-house energetic grooves together with a more tight and minimal approach typical in his homeland. The result is an exquisite, groovy yet dynamic blend that has made EDIP's tracks get signed on some of the best labels in the game and getting his music played by heavyweights like Marco Carola, John Summit, Joseph Capriati, Jamie Jones, Wade and Paco Osuna among others.

After falling in love with house music in 2014, EDIP has started his own path, which led him to be one of the most prominent in the ever-changing electronic panorama. This happened thanks to his constant evolution and enormous passion, which clearly took over after his first gig in 2017: the man is on a mission now and has no intention to stop whatsoever. The same chills he used to feel on the skateboard track back in the day are now given by people getting lost while he is behind the decks, and his performances at renowned clubs and festivals like Sunwaves, Saga, Neversea, and Kristal bear witness to his commitment and dedication to making his dreams a reality.
