The epochal energy of "Ascension" captivated us from the very first moment, making it an ideal intro track. With its cinematic soundtrack reminiscent of "Vangelis", Italian producer Riccardo De Polo has crafted a sublimely ethereal experience that transports listeners into the vast expanse of space. As stars and planets drift by, the music beckons us to explore further, to surrender ourselves to the moment. The low strings serve as a booster until the rocket engine roars to life and the spaceship disappears into another galaxy.

Subsequently the polyrhythmic sequence of "Wahnstimmung" spirals abstractly far below the cerebral cortex. The driving bass drum, paired with shakers and percussion, propels the composition forward at a steady pace. The tension intensifies, painting a picture of liquid metal pouring into a melting pot. Pure, stripped-down techno as we know it from its origins.

"Inception" hypnotically takes you into a deep state of trance, engulfing you in a tribe's energy. It’s truly a classic Cocoon sound that has its very own place in Sven's sets. The vigor is palpable, the shimmering sequence will make the dust visibly glow above the open-air dance floors while the air begins to shimmer. Noisy snare drums heat the narrowed arrangement to the absolute boiling point. This is the energy we have been looking for!

Perc & Passarella Death Squad's cult classic 'Temperature's Rising' returns for a special 15th anniversary release with an updated 2025 mix of the track from Perc himself.

Since its original release on French label InFiné back in 2010 and it's re-release on Perc Trax in 2016 the track has continued to grow across multiple vinyl pressings and now boasts over 1.5 million streams across all digital platforms.

'Temperature's Rising' never needed a big remix package or to be transformed into some trend chasing hard techno banger, but Perc's 2025 remix subtly modernises the track, raising its tempo and giving it the extra dance floor muscle that fans of the original mix have been asking for. Perc is the only person he would trust to retouch a track that means so much to him and Passarella Death Squad and he displays a deftness of touch on this reworking, keeping the mysterious atmosphere of the original mix whilst making it perfect for today's DJs and dance floors.

Temperature's Rising 2025 will be released on magenta transparent coloured vinyl with new artwork by Danny Passarella, which builds upon the visual aesthetic of the 2016 Perc Trax release.

With more than 25 years of experience as a DJ, he can reveal with an open heart that music has not always been there for him, but then there came a time in his life when it became as obvious as oxygen is to our survival.  It was electronic dance music that made him completely enthralled and over the actual impact of music on us.

Psychedelic trance is and should be what the meaning of the word psychedelic says, to put us in a deeper consciousness, if only for a shorter time in the place, then and there, where the dance is and where you are at the time being. Lurfilur has the intention to touch senses and to take control to create an personal and unique inner journey with his choice of music.

He does not consider himself to have any specific technique or play style, but it’s the occasion in itself, together with you and the enviroment the technique take place, so as speak, to be custom made to be best suited.

Lurfilur is very selective in its choice of music and song compositions and they can be seen as both playfully monotone and in a colorful gray scale.  Energy and storytelling are a dynamic duo. It’s the whole that matters.

And for the techno part, as DJ Prankzter, it’s very much the same as described above but instead of trance it’s techno. His intension is very much the same, to keep the rhytm going and the bass rolling, to keep it psychedelic.

This the goal of the performance, both for either Lurfilur or Prankzter. With the dancefloor and with You we are all one.
