Southern Italian producer Distant Echoes returns to the label after appearances on the recent Stream State compilation and 2018’s Co-Ops Vol.2. Over four tracks the Out-er ( @out_electronic_recording )label co-founder and Dystopian ( @dystopian-music ) artist transports us to four unique sound-spaces existing on parallel plains; acidic, urgent, harmonic, psychedelic. 

Enchanting synth textures, detailed modulation and shimmering arrangements designed for long mixing, are the trademarks of this new wave of productions from an artist who continues to remain true to his fundamental values - purist, explorative techno - no unnecessary builds - no gimmicks.

The Portugese Rita Maomenos is a Rotterdam based dj and producer who is drawn to hypnotic sounds and obscure atmospheres. Her journey started when she played at underground raves in Mannheim (Germany) and ever since she worked hard to further develop herself as an artist. This resulted in her being a former host on Frission Radio and releases on LXVIII and Trau-ma.

For Salon 007 she aimed for a sinister adventure which consists of otherworldly dystopian sounds. This has led to an atmosphere in which you can drift away with a well found balance between straightforward 4x4 and off-beat lows.

On the B side, Receptor builds a sense of high intensity; Stinging synths and mental hi-hats interact consistently, resulting in a mesmerizing conversation between different elements.
Claudio PRC lays his hands on Receptor, closing the album with a hypnotic, deep, and seductive track. Its energy is what makes it the perfect track to be played in the early morning hours, when the mind is lost but the body is still going."
