"It was back in 1993 when Steve Bicknell first resealed "Track 12" on Cosmic Records, 27 years later the veteran artists travels back in time and teams up with KR3 to re-issue this techno masterpiece, inclusive of three new interpretations and an original re-edit.
Out on September 27th both in vinyl and digital format, 27 symbolises a meeting point between past, present and future of techno. The music is there to remind us that time is circular, nothing is still and everything evolves.
A1 kicks off with a re-edit of the original "Track 12", a 6 minute long club banger that leads into a parallel dimension with its hypnotic synths and constant kick, where the perception of time widens and the mind travels freely.
In A2 JING's voice calmly ushers in this time-space excursion, like a lullaby gently taking the mind and body to spaces we don't see but we know exist. Just let it go, breath out all your worries and let the music guide you through this journey.
Metro Skim marks his re-edit (B1) with dark and stripped-down sounds combined with intermittent high hats and bubbly synths, once again creating a circular, ever lasting effect of being pulled into and endless spiral spinning round and around.
The journey ends with a re-edit by Heartless (B2), a itchy, fast and hypnotising gem. Modular reminisces soothe the spirit whilst a throbbing rhythm leads the way. Once again the vortex would seem to stop, but as the ticking time reminds us, to stop is just an
illusion."

Sounds From NoWhere welcomes aboard the London-based dj & producer End Train (Metempsychosis Records).

End Train is a Dj, producer and LIVE performer making music to inspire people to connect.
His music brings together influences from breakcore, industrial and dance music, always resting on a techno low-end, melancholic atmospheres and energetic grooves.
With time, an almost innate passion for techno built up and shaped the artist’s own style.
Together with Flaminia he founded Ways to Die records and Metempsychosis records in 2015 and 2017 respectively, to promote techno in various shapes from industrial to more experimental and broken and to spread a message that can inspire people to connect and create the lives they want.
His mix is an amazing entry to our series and showcases End Train’ exhilarating and dynamic energy.

Andrea Zanchetta, aka Conrad Van Orton, is a Rome-born DJ and producer. In 2010 he co-founded the record label Consumer Recreation Services with VSK. CVO’s musical history and taste range from 90s Italian rap to minimal and experimental Techno, which is reflected in his eclectic sets and productions containing deep sounds as well as industrial influences.

CVO’s set blends dub and old-school house with rhythmic deep Techno melting into a fast energetic sound with industrial features.

Marking its 50th release, Skryptöm records’ label head, Electric Rescue, has invited a list of exceptional artists that have inspired and shaped the label’s sound since day one, to contribute to this anniversary compilation. With this project, Electric Rescue aims to cover all aspects of techno as expressed by the early pioneers like Scan X to the new generation’s talent like K.U.S.S. 

Gathering Generations represents all the sounds that someone could listen to on Skryptom since its first release, from Deep to Banging Techno, from Ambient to Electro. Rrose, Umwelt, Amotik, Anechoic are some of the artists who took on remix duties on tracks taken from Electric Rescue’s recent Esquisse du Nouveau Monde album while this fantastic package gets completed with five special collaborations by Electric Rescue with Zadig, Scan X, Joton, Dyspal, and KUSS. Collectively, these 12  tracks constitute Skryptom’s representative sound throughout the years.
