Bio:
Based in Stockholm/Sweden, Lakej [ Lákeɪ ] emerges from a long heritage of Swedish techno. After many years of explorations to refine his sound, he debuted on Adriana Lopez label Grey Report with the solo EP Structural Cohesion. This debut presented a theme that would guide not only his sound but also his concepts and titles to this current date resulting in his own label and artistic platform: Solitär.With a huge love for details and rhythmic structures his music has evolved into an introspective, futuristic and yet timeless sound. With intricate textures, atmospheres and deep driving rhythms his music is constantly pushing forward contributing to the current modern underground techno scene.Since the debut his output has been steady on well established labels such as Semantica, NON series, Faut Section, Nachtstrom Schallplatten, Soma and Kazerne (Mord).

Hakkon was born in La Rioja (Spain) in August 1991. Since his childhood, he was attracted to electronic music and always had the dream of becoming a DJ.


In 2010, he started his career in the electronic scene, with the firm intention of becoming a leading professional. In 2013, he took his first steps in the clubs, and with effort and dedication he has been building a unique and varied musical repertoire in his sessions. His carefully crafted performances take the listener on a continuous journey of dark and hard-hitting techno, creating an exceptional dynamic with his 2 and 3-deck sets.


His most notable influences include old school artists such as Ben Sims, Truncate, Mark Broom, Robert Hood, Cristian Varela, Jeff Mills, Surgeon, Oscar Mulero and James Ruskin.


In 2022, Hakkon joined the Plus One collective, sharing with leading artists from the world scene.


On a production level, he has made his mark in countries such as Argentina, Colombia, Spain and Amsterdam, and has worked with labels such as Unterwelt, Parallel Thoughts, Dissolved Mind, Error in the System, The Office, Aoum, Hábitat Musical, Kobold, Concepto Hipnótico, Residen7Alien, Donker, Ethnic Meeting, Asymmetrical, Fonio, Raverground, Exodus, Volk, DZB, Simplecoding and Alchemical Mind.


Hakkon is also an active member of Alchemical Minds Records, a record label dedicated to preserving the most underground essence of electronic music, prioritising quality over quantity.

This is the 10th episode of our monthly podcast 'Nachtstrom Sessions' mixed by Michel Lauriola!

Venezuela, Italy and Argentina have been witnesses of Michel Lauriola’s evolution. It is in the city of Buenos Aires where he finds his place to settle as producer and resident artist of the most important club concept of the country: Under Club. He has a long recording career of more than 10 years releasing on labels such as Nachtstrom Schallplatten, Kazerne (Mord); Faut Section, Aine - Polegroup, Planet Rhythm, Soma, Edit Select and Children of Tomorrow. He's active as dj since more than 20 years, playing in relevant booths such as Tresor (Germany), The Glasgow School of Art (Scotland), Razzmatazz (Spain), Fabrik (Spain), Moderna Club (Colombia) Techno Tuesday (Holland) and many more.

Nachtstrom Sessions #10 - Michel Lauriola (18.08.2025)

Our next premiere is from Georgian based artist @rtnh_live from his live recorded album soon to be released on Lett records. 'Final Session' its a stripped back minimal techno track filled with shifty textures and spacious mood. 

"Sessions" is a collection of live recordings by RTNH, captured in real time during the creation of his performance sound designs. Each track preserves the raw, unedited flow of a live session, where decisions happen in the moment.  Each piece is built on the foundation of looping — not as static repetition, but as a living, evolving form. Through continuous and nuanced manipulation of sound parameters, these loops expand beyond linear time, unfolding with a sense of progression that defies a clear beginning or end.

Singular Anomalies - You Will Always Be With Me (EP) [GRETA]

This is the Phase II  Ep of Leo Anibaldi variations . After Evocation ep with Sebastian Mullaert (Minilogue) , Leo has proposed Markus Henriksson (Minilogue) to create a new version of (Always From Reality)  a track coming from the album Cannibald realized in 1992 . For the B side Leo has involved Donato Dozzy to create a new version of  Aeon Fusion 1 (1994) wich is a very particular tracks for thoose years considered by the statistics as one of the key tracks before the 'advent of  dub dark techno music .
The project will be out  1 th july on Cannibald Records strictly on vinyl .

Hakimonu - Insular Realms (Luigi Tozzi Remix)

Field Records welcomes Acronym for a new album, Malm, which follows various ambient laced deep techno EPs and LPs on Semantica and Northern Electronics. The 10-track beatless affair pays homage to one of his lost friends who was torn between his dualistic nature. In a state of paranoia, stress and inner conflict, even brief moments of panic can be fatal for yourself and the people around you.

This album is born from those ideas and was recorded and arranged between 2015 and 2017 in different parts of the world using various analog and digital synthesizers and effects. Informed by grief and sorrow, the album evolved through a number of different forms and finally comprises three acts; the first two showcase the artist’s take on the mental and physical circumstances during the events that took place on the 4th of January 2016 in Malmi, Helsinki, and the final act presents his viewpoint after that date.

The Swedish artist offers absorbing and meditative passages of ambience and sombre atmosphere across all pieces here. Long, tailed pads gently come and go, occasional percussive sounds get sprinkled about and bleak keys bring real tenderness. It's an escapist listen that ranges from oppressive and heavy to more subtly uplifting and is one of the most coherent and cohesive albums you could wish to hear.
