DJ Tennis and Red Axes join forces again as Redrago, delivering a hypnotic, floor-filling cut that blurs again the boundaries of their genre-defying sounds, auto-defined as “ falafel disco mixed with a 1/4 of spaghetti sauce.”
The trio met at a festival in Corsica, introduced by Pachanga Boys. "Their faces, their expressions, and their attitude—gentle, smart, loving, and funny—impressed me at first sight," Tennis recalls. That initial meeting was many years ago, but their personal and musical bond has only grown stronger when they decided to merge their shared passion for psychedelic sounds and Mediterranean influences, leading to numerous recording sessions together. 
Out on February 28, this release showcases the creative chemistry between DJ Tennis and the Israeli duo, melding their signature styles into a psychedelic journey that’s destined to light up dance floors everywhere. Nordfold’s latest EP gets a remix treatment by two extremely unique talents; Storken and Alican. 
Alican, known for his releases on Innervisions, twists Nordfold’s original into a club banger which is already being played heavily by Dixon, Ame, Trikk and other artists. His remix has hints of the original’s vocals and synths. But Alican packed it into his unique club blend.
Storken, known for his releases on Running Back, puts his hands on Machine. Storken is an extremely talented Scandinavian producer who has crystallized his own style over the last few years. Disco, good vibes and gimmicks permeate all his songs. For example, he twists the elegant “Machine” into a more disco-ish version in his signature sound.

The first in a series of remixes for Michael Mayer’s latest album The Floor Is Lava comes from one of our favourite artists here at Kompakt HQ: PRIORI. Everything this Montreal-based artist has touched has turned to gold. His reworking of Mayer’s The Solution is certainly no exception. Rightly so, Priori has just been honoured with a Juno Award, the Canadian equivalent of the Grammys. Congratulations, Francis!

I'm Storken and I tend to use early influences from my younger self. When I was 4 my dad recorded a Genesis gig on VHS that I continuously watched while my mother and father was out touring Sweden as a band. I created a "drum set" in front of the TV using stools, pillows, lampshades as cymbals etc.
I then smashed everything to atoms.

Ràkale is an Italian DJ and producer known for his vibrant, genre-blending approach to electronic music. Born in Lecce, he has long been a respected figure in the Italian underground. Ràkale - launched in 2017 as both an alias and label - showcases his most personal and imaginative side.

His music fuses deep house, Detroit techno, cosmic disco, and afro-funk, creating colorful, emotional soundscapes. Tracks like Venere and This Goes Out blend analog warmth with interstellar atmospheres, inviting listeners on a journey rather than a quick fix.

Through the label, he also champions other artists, including XXXV Gold Fingers. Whether producing, remixing, or DJing, his work remains centered on groove, emotion, and storytelling - with a playful twist.

While some guys will tell you now it’s all computers, at Turbo we know in our hearts that everything in life can be understood as a funhouse mirror. Sascha Funke’s massive 2017 hit “MZ” is one of the most iconic house records ever released on our label, and thus deserving of the ultimate honour: a remix pack reflecting each of the manifold facets of a modern dancefloor classic from the most prestigious and respected angles imaginable.

As studious Turbo watchers have no doubt clocked*, we have paid access to the halls of European power, where you get to make backroom deals with Emmanuel Macron and British Seinfeld as Opus’ “Live is Life” blares over a gigantic bluetooth speaker. And, yeah, you’ll probably run into the most celebrated European producers of our time. Pional, Axel Boman, Mano Le Tough, and Roman Flügel — these are the kinds of names you only see once you’ve reached the highest levels of success, be it in dance music production or purchasing the hottest tickets in town on your favorite mobile device. JM is now a deep part of the Turbo family, and he’s made the theoretical space between bad-boy cousin and beloved nephew fully his own with what we hope Rolling Stone Magazine will call “a distinctively modern edge."
