This is the first song I ever wrote... back in 1994, on some cliffs by the Point Loma Lighthouse in San Diego. I then went home and recorded it without drums or bass... just an acoustic and electric guitar, recorded onto an old Tascam 4-track cassette recorder through a Radio Shack mic. It sounded horrible! It's still pretty bad to be honest, but this is how I envisioned it back then.

I spent today rerecording all of it into Logic from scratch. Added bass and the strings I always heard but couldn't add back then, and threw in a drum loop.

All in all, I'm happy, and can play all of you my first song as it should have been 26 years ago.
