Does your trumpet have a "cuivre"/"brassy" articulation? if so, use it for this trumpet theme, if not, double with straight mute trumpet and adjust between open and muted to get that brassy sound.

Hard mallets on the timpani, lower the volume if they stick out, but you need that sharp timbre

Listen to The Good The Bad and The Ugly and notice how sparse the beginning is, let your chord fade more quickly so there's some emptiness there

the 3 eighth pickup notes have the sparse background I mentioned at the start

Nice thickening with the voices and at a point that corresponds with the good/bad/ugly reference

right here, put the Vln1 in the C6 octave, the Vln2 in the C5 octave and the violas in the C4 octave, the strings playing the melody in that 3 octave spread will make this soar!

think about the motion in the low Vln2 and violas(?) I don't think you need it, go for a more sparse texture, the strummed give you enough momentum.
