Je vois des vies qui filent et défilent
Comme des bouts de tissus qui s’effilent
Des tas de feuilles qu’on empile et dépilent

Je vois des filles des garçons et des failles
Des sourires des attitudes qu’on détaille
Allez boire un verre mettre un peu la pagaille
Des âmes seules peu d’âmes sœurs au final

Il y a les fissures au bas des buildings
Que jamais ne voit ceux qui font leur jogging
Les paumés, les bourgeois par intérim
Les adeptes des jeux de geocaching

Assis sur un banc de centre-ville
Je vois des fous qui traitent les autres de débiles
Mais qui sont les fous oui qui sont-ils ?
La nuance parfois peut sembler subtile

Il y’a des alertes pour le futur
Que peu ressentent mais que beaucoup endurent
Aussi espérances de lendemains moins durs
De ceux qui se battent pour un ciel plus pur

Il y a ici le monde de chacun qui passe
Comme des météores perdus dans l’espace
Sur un orbite qui finit en impasse

I began this piece around 3 years ago, when I had hit rock bottom mentally and emotionally.  I had only created the intro portion and had forgotten about it, only to resurrect and finish it this year.
