- If you’re a Soundcloud user, upload it on Soundcloud and send me the URL via private message, or tag me in the track.
- If you upload your music on Youtube, Bandcamp or anywhere else, upload your submission and then send me the link by email at marco@naviarrecords.com or contact me on X, Facebook or Instagram

Hi, I've been working on percussion tracks, so I took this picture (taken in souther Spain), it is not really "shapes of the grain" but the pikes are so massive and menacing that I couldn’t stop thinking as a good notation for a spicy percussive track. I see short, high transient sound anyway.
So I decided to use my new Oberheim DMX virtual instrument exclusivelly, changing pitch and sound for the toms to represent those spikes.
Anyway, glad to be back on a junto, cheers DD

Sound Ripples is a sound installation by Marco Sebastiano Alessi, created for the Sapporo Tenjinyama Art Studio. Inspired by the cultural legacy of the Ainu people, Alessi and members of the online music community Naviar Records reflected on the roots of their own local traditions, and created sounds inspired by the landscapes and stories of their respective environments.
Combining field recordings from across Japan, ambient compositions by Naviar Records’ community, and sounds captured during Alessi’s time in Sapporo, this installation invites listeners to experience sound as a vessel of memory, transmission, and transformation.
This immersive experience aims to highlight the importance of music as a connector that brings cultures into dialogue: a medium that transcends space and time to build bridges between distant communities.
