This track is probably what I am most proud of on this EP. I've always been drawn towards songs in  3/4 time signatures but its very uncommon (or non existent) in EDM releases nowadays. This song is in no way meant for a dance floor. It is really really refreshing and inspiring to write music that isn't meant to get people moving but more intended to get people out of their head and into a different world. I plan to do more tracks like this in the future!

I am continuing my annual tradition of writing a brand new piece of music before each Christmas - This year it comes in the form of a song called "Taking Flight". 

I wrote and arranged this to be played by the orchestra in a very traditional sense, and the piece is made up by Piano, Harp, Celeste, Mallets, Strings, Woodwinds, Brass, Percussion & Choir.
