An old mix lost in the ether that I never got around to doing anything with.

Moody, menacing, rolling and spikey. A collection of records that summed up (and still probably does) my favourite type / era of drum & bass to listen to live.

The fact this is a warm-up set and the nature of Critical Music's sound have all been taken into consideration when recording this mix.

TOILET ROLLERS 001 - D&B MIX

Today I was supposed to be DJ'ing with good friends @Hillah & @Kamino B2B2B at Printworks London for 3 solid hours in the epic mainroom for the Kings Of The Rollers: Royal Rumble Main Event alongside some of the worlds best D&B acts. BUT IT'S CANCELLED.

So, I put together 2 hours of D&B to salute the Kings Of The Rollers, Printworks and my B2B partners. 

Starting off with those feel-good liquid dancefloor flavours into some deeper bits and then some oldskool and jump up at the end with some surprises thrown in there for good measure.

Few mistakes (hold tight the bit where I left the fader up when queuing the track in at about 12 mins) and things got a bit silly near the end, but fuck it, I enjoyed myself. I hope you enjoy the selection. 100% VIBES GUARANTEED.
