Eduardo Raon's audiovisual concert - "The Drive For Impulsive Actions" - combines Harp, Daxophone, Electronics and Video on a live performance focused on human and animal impulsive actions, socially contagious involuntary gestures and semi-conscious oral sounds.

Watching insect behavior is a common child's game but how much of this apparently random and unreflected way of doing things do we share with insects? Laughing, yawning, moving, fighting and even killing are all part of the human repertoire of contagious behaviors that share less rational or voluntary action than what we enjoy considering as human. And yet we all display and take part of them daily, anywhere, everywhere.

Musically "The Drive For Impulsive Actions" crosses and melts territories where African polirhythm, Messiaen, Ligeti, Sunn O))), Bill Hicks, screaming cicadas and Neobehaviourists have once inhabited.
