Meditation is the art of sitting in silence.  When one practice meditation one’s concentration, health and mood improves.  It’ll bring you peace and serenity.

Starting a meditation practice isn’t easy and in my years teaching yoga and lifestyle engineering, I know that the most effective way to create  a daily meditation practice is to start little by little.  That is why I  recorded this sequence of short simple mediation practices to help you along the path of finding your own meditation practice.  

Begin with the two minutes practice and once is a daily ritual move up to the three minutes, etc.
