¿De Qué Color es el Trébol en las Montañas? (2022) - Live Freiburg - Ensemble Inverspace

From an ambience recording, obtained from a microphone placed inside a warehouse, is obtained the raw material from which Fragmentos (spanish word for fragments) is created. Each component of the piece was meticulously chosen, extracted and molded out of some sound peculiarities found in the original recording: cars passing nearby, the echoes of external sounds being altered by the inside structures of the building, the contracting and expanding sounds of the materials conforming the room (wood, bricks, etc.)  as they respond to the weather changes, etc. The structure and content of the piece are result of a free and intuitive compositional process.
