This is an original composition inspired on a folk Italian melody from Sardinia. It was awarded with the first prize in the “Scrivere in Jazz 2016” XIV Edition (Italy).

This is an arrangement I did from the tune "A4+m2", composed by the Italian pianist Franco D'Andrea. It was awarded with the first prize in the “Bargajazz Contest International Competition for Jazz Orchestra Arranging and Composition 2016” (Italy).

This is a composition for voice and piano for a project about Emeterio Gutiérrez Albelo, one of the most important poets from Spanish surrealism. The lyrics are from the poem "Aroma Manante" by Emeterio.

This composition is for orchestra and vibraphone soloist (Vincent Houdijk) and it is a mixture between classical and jazz music (contemporary). It is an approach to the physiology of love but not from a romantic point of view but physical/chemical, since our emotions are chemical processes that occur in our body. When our bodies react to love 3 stages takes place:
1. Lust: You want to seduce him/her or be seduced. There may be an element of mystery or an intensity that makes things exciting. The person experiences feelings of desire.
2. Attraction: We begin to obsess about our lover. Our heart races (130 p/m), hypnotizing effect, we don't feel like sleeping or eating and we may even get sweaty palms.
3. Attachment:This stage involves wanting to make a more lasting commitment to our loved one. This stage guarantees a stability of the individual, the couple is strengthened and the decision to have offspring is made.

Human Physiology-Chapter 1: The Physiology of Love (for vibraphone and orchestra)

This is an arrangement I did for orchestra of a song composed by the songwriter Andrés Molina. The song is interpreted by the great canary singer Fabiola Socas.

This is an arrangement I did of the tune "Ambleside" (based on "Giant Steps" by Coltrane), composed by the English pianist John Taylor. It was awarded with the first prize in the “Bargajazz Contest International Competition for Jazz Orchestra Arranging and Composition 2015” (Italy).
