Inspired by the minimalistic sounds of Plastikman and the early Sleeparchive, I was fascinated by the idea of experimenting with basic elements and creating slow techno with almost zero processing. As basic as it can get.

Anhedonia is the project where I change my approach to techno production.
Rather than layering elements, I focus on expressing an atmosphere or a feeling, and I keep an old-school, repetitive arrangement.

1. Lack of Connection - distorted drums and industrial, haunting sounds
2. Lack of Communication - the hypnotic effect of toms when paired with a pad (sort of ritual atmosphere)
3. Lack of Attention - inspired by the vibe of one of the '90s albums I listened to the most (Female - Angel Plague)
4. Lack of Motivation - a 7-min, tribalistic and percussive loop aimed at creating anxiety and anticipation
