For De Reünie Mix Series 001 who could we invite other than the De Reünie founders themselves - Cybersex!

Cybersex are an Amsterdam based duo in constant pursuit of the purest form of groove and rhythm. Elements of dub, house, and techno flow through their sound—but not at the tempo you’re used to. Playing at a fast pace, they reshape tracks beyond recognition, weaving in glitchy synthesisers, modulators, and an array of drum machines. At the heart of it all is their ongoing evolution, always searching for new rhythms and fresh energy.

This set was recorded in their studio in Haarlem, starting at a lower BPM than usual to ease into the groove. Highlights include the slow yet sexy transition at 13:20–13:50, a standout vocal and rhythm section at 26:20–26:45, and South American-inspired grooves at 38:15–38:55. As the energy builds, 57:05–57:35 brings a loopy, housy rhythm, while 1:16:00–1:16:20 delivers dreamy vocals layered over hypnotic loops. Enjoy the ride!

Gian-Andri L-AUX, a native of Switzerland with Norwegian roots has found his creative
home in Berlin. Under the alias "L-AUX" he transforms the dance floor into a
melancholic driving journey through the jungle of electronic music. Intense yet
playful basses, hypno/c though harmonic melodies and driving highs describe his art.
As co-founder of @demoli/on.berlin and @nah.klub, as well as appearances at
@rso.berlin , @grelle.forelle , @lehmannclubstuLgart , @hoer.berlin or
@radiorudina Gian is slowly but steadily establishing himself in the music scene.
„In this set, I tried something new. Star/ng with melody and vocal-heavy, almost
melancholic techno, I move into driving, darker tribal grooves before ending my set
with up-tempo techno.

Quedelle - Legendary

THELMA has become a hard-to-ignore name within the techno scene over the last few years.
One of her very first releases ‘TRACK ID’ racked up over a million streams in the early days of her production journey. This was soon followed by a multitude of Belfast shows, debuts across Europe and two tours in Australia, where most of her audience resides. 


With support from techno heavyweights VTSS, Skin On Skin, KETTAMA and Partiboi69 to name a few, THELMA earned herself a spot playing at England’s biggest festival: Creamfields. Shortly after, she made her Terminal V Festival debut along with a release for their label. 


The biggest turning point to date was marked by her debut EP with Steel City Dance Discs. The melting together of old school techno and Detroit electro influences earned her acclaim for her eclecticism. This defining release has propelled the artist as she now finds herself on the radar of many, granting her a key spot within the scene. There is no stopping with THELMA, with more exciting releases and another tour on the horizon for the end of 2024.
