Startled by Stars

The first of two singles from the forthcoming album by The Burning Glass entitled 'Happiness is Egg Shaped'.  

The track was written for a friend who was struggling and dealing with trauma. It's a song about unfolding your heart and taking control of your life again after you have been hurt. 
This single is due for release on the 22nd of July by download from Bandcamp.  All proceeds from this track are going to Solace Women's Aid. 

The album is released on the 28th August.

Solace Women’s Aid is an independent charity working across London, providing life-saving support to more than 11,000 women and children survivors of domestic and sexual violence a year.
