Verse 22 to 23
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness and goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law.
Now what does it mean to love?
It simply means you want to do to others
What you want them to do to you.
Yeah, what about joy?
Happiness may be results of happenings 
When good things happen you are happy 
When bad things happen you are not happy 
But joy, has nothing to do with what you're feeling now.
It is hope that can give you joy.
You have a hope of victory 
You have a hope of abundance 
Then you're gonna be joyful 
What about peace?
It's not the absence of war or trouble 
But, the faith, courage and confidence you have in the middle of the storms that you'll have peace 
Look at Jesus, 
When He was in the boat,
The storm was raging but He was sleeping and they were panicking 
Yeah, but He had the confidence or faith, that no storm will overcome Him.
You too should have the same I say
What about forbearance?
Willing to go an extra mile for your fellow humans 
You know?
Sacrificing yourself for others 
What about kindness and goodness? It is showing compassion 
And doing the good things 
What you want others to do for you.
Do it right unto others.
What about faithfulness?
Now, are you trustworthy?
Can we trust you?
Place righteousness in your hand,?
That is faithfulness
What about gentleness?
Lowly, meekness 
Yeah, meekness, that's what it means.
It means you are not arrogant.
It means you are gentle 
It means you have Holy Spirit 
And what about self-control?
Yeah this is what the world is lacking today 
Today yeah,
Hmm...
What is the trend and the Patten in the world? Are you able to control yourself against such?
When you are able to maintain a balance 
Between what men are doing
And what you should do,
Then, against such things there is no law
Amen
