It is a what I call "Praying in the Psalms":  Finding strength in God's promises in your moment of need; when others are boasting of whom they know, we who know our God shall be strong and do exploits. In a prayer of desperation, you find courage flooding into your soul, and you begin to shout "Jesus..Jesus!!" because your strength is coming from His name alone.
