Formed in 1989, T.E.C. were four members of an eighteen strong musical  co-operative known as "The Veterans" (The Vets) who would gather to play songs each week if they were free.
One foggy night, these four were the only members of The Vets to turn up at the weekly gig in The Coach and Horses in Warrington, and, after the best night ever, The Escape Committee was created!...
Very quickly they became the "Go To Gig" in the bulging local music scene......But eventually, as in most bands, after fall outs, re- locations,  standing ovations, fights and flights, hundreds of gigs, other bands, drink, girls, and  more drink....It all stopped!!! 
Then after a chance meeting in a pub in Warrington Pete approached Mike and Steve about reforming the Original line up with Eej.
Emails, texts,and phone calls later. We couldn't think of a good reason NOT to do it ALL again.......(Well the good bits)
